Dr. Watkins contacts me for phone check ups since I live over 2 hours away. The office texts me the time she will call a a couple of weeks ahead of time enabling me to put it on my calendar. Dr. Watkins' calls are always on time. She graciously explains any questions I may have and focuses on what is next. This is so helpful and enables me to benefit from her excellent care that several of my friends and I are benefitting from.

Alex gets it done! She is such a good listener/communicator. I live out of town and have reviews quarterly rather than having to drive to Dallas 100 miles. She lets me know when our call will happen, studies my tests, well explains the results, and answers my questions . I feel so very well taken care of by this marvelous, sensitive, efficient, smart care giving doctor. Love her to pieces and appreciate how she truly cares.
