How fast will I be treated?

We see patients between 9 am and 5 pm and we will try hard to see you on the day you contact us but it could be the next day. You will first be contacted by the LiveWell Med Solutions medical staff. Once your appointment is confirmed Dr. Alexandria Watkins, DNP-APRN, FNP-C will reach out via Telemedicine.


Does the fee include cost of the medication prescribed?

No, but you can use your insurance to cover the cost of medications prescribed.


Why Telemedicine?

Through telemedicine we can offer convenient and affordable healthcare services to patients.

Telemedicine is an excellent option for nonemergency situations, including prophylactic (preventive) and early (home) treatment of COVID-19.


What experience do your providers have with COVID and the therapies?

Dr. Watkins has treated over 6,000 patients successfully with budesonide, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). Dr. Watkins is fully aware of the science and data regarding these medications’ safety and efficacy. Dr. Watkins is credentialed, has gone through a lengthy background check, and is licensed to practice in Texas. In most cases you will see her via a video consult but sometimes it will be on the phone.


Does LiveWell Med Solutions offer other prescriptive services?

Yes, but controlled substances (such as narcotics) will never be prescribed.


How do I pay?

The consultation fee ($200 for non-urgent & $450 for urgent, guaranteed same day services) will be collected after your consultation is confirmed. Please Note: This is not a charge but may appear on your payment method as “pending”.

You may inquire yourself with your own insurance company about reimbursement but we do not get involved in any way with any insurance issues.
