This was my first follow up appt. after being on supplements for 3 months and I have noticed a much improvement in my sleep patterns. I used to wake up almost nightly and have to go to the recliner and now I don't get up at all.

Before sharing her findings or rushing to reveal Lab work, she takes time to first ask how you are, how you’ve e been feeling, inquiring of changes, etc.
