Dr. Watkins, Nurse Lizzy, Mara and Jordan make Live Well amazing in every respect. Both my husband and I have had poor health from surgeries restored through the individualized approach and treatment plans devised based on our blood work. I have been seeing Dr. Watkins for ~3 years now. Every experience has been a positive. I do not always like what she has to tell me, but she is honest and sincere. I also used to suffer from chronic back pain, he infrared ozone sauna healed my pain completely after 2 months of therapy. After about 6 months I no longer needed the therapy. IT has been over a year and I am back to lifting heavier weight and working out pain free.

Dr. Alex has a fantastic practice and does an excellent job of maintaining multiple locations as well as serving the Lord in her efforts over seas where the gospel and healthcare is scarce. She does an outstanding job of combining the best of her traditional medicine background with holistic medicine. She always has a positive attitude and is great at explaining her methods, answering questions and often provides answers before questions are asked. The supporting staff is the best in the medical field. Front office and nurses in this industry can often be rude, impatient and difficult to work with. Here it’s the polar opposite. They are always helpful, wearing a smile, curious about how patients are doing, very responsive outside of the office and amazing at administering their medical services.

I so appreciate Dr. Watkins’ ability to determine my health issue and her willingness and determination to address it until it’s resolved. I also appreciate her knowledge and care in helping me prepare for and go on overseas mission trips so that I will remain healthy.

We felt very welcomed and at ease with the professionalism of the staff. Alexandria Watkins herself spent some real time interviewing us and making sure that she was aware of our health status and concerns. We both had IVs which were customized and carefully administered.
I felt that the RN, Lizzie, and PA Watkins really knew what they were doing. The receptionist, Jordan, was friendly and efficient.
Overall, it was a very positive experience which earned our trust and continued business.
