I feel heard and I feel hopeful. My wife and I are seeing her together to improve quality-of-life issues. She could have gone guns blazin' and prescribed stuff. She also could have prescribed a bunch of redundant tests. But Dr. Alex had just the right mix of carefulness and action, traditional and alternative, natural and conventional. She doesn't do things blindly but she does do things and she does them using science. We had a full panel of labs done and she prescribed natural supplements, then a few months later, we re-measured the things that needed correction and saw results. Now she's adjusted the treatment based on that. See? Science-based but natural until the big guns need to be deployed. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I always leave Dr Watkins visits so encouraged and hopeful. Her patient explanations demonstrate a great depth of knowledge into why things work or aren’t working in my body. Grateful to God for leading me to her! Lizzie, her nurse and office manager is wonderful too!

I was educated and encouraged by the depth of medical science that was behind helping the body do what it is supposed to do. Many times medicine is used to treat symptoms of deeper issues. My trust in the medical field has like many waned in the most recent years. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, after reviewing the math and the science from my blood work with Dr. Watkins I was convinced that this approach was a healthier and reasonable in addressing some deficits or issues. In the next six months, I am looking forward to seeing how my health improves and prepares me for a better defense against weakening and aging prematurely.

My wife and I had a very good experience with Dr Watkins. She immediately listened to my needs for pain relief and educated us in a completely different method to treat me.
